Nim Nadarajah, one of the top 100 professional executives and successful leaders in Canada. 

Nim is an executive with 30 years of experience in helping organizations strategically align; Security, IT, business goals and generate transformative results, through an entrepreneurial spirit paired with the discipline of enterprise delivery. In his advisory practice, he works with companies in achieving their technology, security, compliance and regulatory goals. He is currently the Managing Partner at CriticalMatrix & Matrix Ventures. Throughout his career he has launched financial products, modernized customer experiences (mobile wallets, digital payments), transformed healthcare around the patient bedside experience, implemented e-commerce solutions, launched Security Operations Centers and helped many CIOs and CISO establish and execute on their strategy and roadmaps. He’s an expert at making visions into reality. 

As an investor, with MatrixVentures, Nim has had 2 successful exists in his career and helped many more become successful through his planning and guidance.   Today, MatrixVentures is proud to be supporting several Toronto based security and technology firms focused on Cyber Security and AI.

Nim has served on National Board of Directors for CIO Association of Canada and is currently an elected Board of Directors member at Headwaters Health Center. Nim is also on the board of Resoanaite.ai, and Ride Hovr.
