Bio:

Lester Chng is a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor with Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst and has extensive experience in conducting exercises and establishing large-scale exercise programs in the North American financial services sector as well as the military. 

He was the financial institution’s lead representative in international and industry exercises, notably CISA’s Cyber Storm, NATO Locked Shields, Canadian Financial Sector Resiliency Group (CFRG), and Resiliency of the Wholesale Payment System (RWPS) exercises. 

Lester is a former Naval Surface Warfare Officer of the Republic of Singapore Navy where he ran the Naval Wargaming & Simulation Centre. . Lester holds the CISSP and PMP certifications and consults on Cyber and Crisis Exercises and personal branding for Cybersecurity professionals.

He has recently authored The Essential Cybersecurity Exercise Playbook.

Bio:

Serena Jerkovic is a Client & Project Leader within Corporate Training and Cyber Range at the Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst - here she's responsible for program delivery, corporate training strategy and stakeholder management.

Serena has experience working with the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, and brings a view to expanding cyber resilience across different organizational sectors.  She holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Waterloo.
